DescriptionPrimary function of this role will be to developing training curriculums and setting up workshops for IT Products. The ideal candidate will have IT infrastructure knowledge/experience as well as experience developing curriculums focused in product management, Agile, and/or DevOps. (all strong plus)IT Product knowledge is a MUST.Additional components of this role will include providing project management and support to product management teams.Must have a minimum of 5 or more years' experienceWithin Compute Services, the Compute Strategy function is responsible for the collaboration with the Compute Services leads, EWT and the broader Technology to provide the overall Compute vision, integrated directional strategy, and associated roadmaps and investments.The group will work across the various domains as well as evolve or establish linkages and relationships across our partnering organizations.The function covers supporting initiatives across people, process and technology.The focus of the role is to move Compute Services in the direction of its vision to evolve Compute environment to one that is public cloud first, application-centric, delivers capability in real time and is driven by self-service with inherent operational risk and security mitigation.The Compute Strategy organization will support the transformation to Product Lifecycle and Product Management capabilities.The Product Training and Support Analyst will provide curriculum development and and project management support on people related initiatives that will build on our employees ability to pivot quickly with change, while working with a sense of pride and purpose.The Product Training And Support Analyst Will Facilitate workshop and training program to key product stakeholders to establish understanding of and support of the common product management competency Assist Product Training lead to drive Diversity and Inclusivity agenda across Compute services aligned with firms key initiatives and programs Assist Product Training lead and Talent to drive LEAD agenda and facilitate annual performance planning working with talent team and Compute Services leaders across GDS, local countries and global team Working with the Domain Leads and the Prduct Training Lead develop annual training budget aligned with emerging technology training curriculum Develop and align EWT initiatives based on GPS scores and feedbacks Support respective Product leadership teams on their strategic and team effectiveness agenda Support the Identity, Value, and Talent program by working with our Product leadership to identify training and cultural needs that are needed to support the Compute Services transformation to a product-centric organizationEssential Functions Of The Job Track record of supporting programs that improves individual, team, and company performance Exceptional written and interpersonal skills Strong logistical planning and organizational skills Team-orientated, engaging, and energetic Capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments Passionate about organizational culture, personal development, training, learning, and seeing individuals develop to their fullest potential The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Exposure to applying organization capability design, change, and leadership frameworks and assessments Excellent collaborator Proven results orientation Clear and concise communication skills, including ability to interact confidently and persuasively with people at all levels.Client/Team Relationships Effectively partner with Product groups, Team Leads, Senior Management and Project ManagersAnalytical/Decision Making Responsibilities Broad range of work, sometimes complex and non-routine, in variety of environments Interactions with various levels if IT and client serving teams. Experience in project/product management Agile / DevOps experience is a plus Excellent awareness of different cultures and working practices across the regions Good presentation skills with ability to present material clearly and concisely to varying audiencesKnowledge And Skills Requirements Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment Understanding of business strategy, IT product lifecycles around IT products is a plusAdditional Skills Requirements In depth understanding on IT from product and cost perspective is preferred Must demonstrate experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people to balance demands as well as understanding and integrating cultural differences and motives.
